Oxford Carnival To Feature 2 Nights Of Fireworks
The annual Fireman's Carnival is scheduled at Oxford High School, with nightly wristbands and ride tickets available.
OXFORD, CT — The Quaker Farms Fire Company’s annual Fireman’s Carnival is returning to Oxford High School this week with rides, food and two nights of fireworks.
The carnival is scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 15, from 6 to 11 p.m. at Oxford High School. The event listing also shows additional dates on Thursday, Friday and another date.
Organizers said Marenna Amusements will again provide rides for all ages.

Fireworks shows are planned for 9:45 p.m. Wednesday and Friday, according to the event posting.
The food menu includes hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, red hots, sausage and peppers, chicken nuggets, fries, fried dough and corn dogs.

Tickets are $1 each, with 22 tickets available for $20. Nightly wristbands are $35.
The event is public and open to anyone, according to the Quaker Farms Fire Company event page.
