The Oxford Earth Day Poster Contest still taking entries
Honoring Earth Day, Oxford residents compete for prizes in the annual Earth Day "Poster" Contest.
The Oxford Cultural Arts Commission is sponsoring the annual Poster Contest Honoring Earth Day, targeted to the school age community but not limited to this age group, Oxford residents compete for prizes in the Earth Day "Poster" Contest
The competition is juried by the Commission, with rules as follows
- Must be an Oxford Resident
- Must be original work of art, photography, collage, or sculpture
- Any medium/size
- Submit photo of entry to CulturalArts@Oxford-CT.gov
- Include entrant name, address, (grade/school if enrolled in Oxford Public School), and description or "name" of work and what it means to you
- Winner must submit social media release
CONTEST ENTRIES:
Accepting entries starting APRIL 1
Deadline for entries APRIL 15
Winners Announced April 22
Top Prize: $50 value
Honorable Mention: $10 value
Prizes may be in the form of gift cards or services provided by sponsors
