Oxford High School Football Team Helping Residents In Need
There are numerous examples of residents and groups assisting one another after last week's tornado.

OXFORD, CT — A tornado caused destruction across Oxford and the High School football team led by Coach Joseph Stochmal have been doing their part to assist residents in need. Stochmal has been busy cutting up trees and his players are helping to remove the debris left behind by the powerful storm, the Republican-American reports.
“We’re just lucky to have such great kids and parents to bring up these kids the right way,” Stochmal said, via the Rep-Am. “It just shows the character of who we have in Oxford." Businesses have helped out too including Guerrera and Haynes Construction, Ace Hardware, and Country Creamery.
