Oxford High School Graduates Praised For Their Caring Ways

Oxford High School's graduation ceremony was held this week.

OXFORD, CT — Oxford High School held its graduation ceremony this week and among the speakers and honorees included Salutatorian Robert Sweeney, Class President Alexandra Adames and Valedictorian MacKenzie Kerwin.

Speakers told students that they will be future leaders who are needed to help unite the country during divisive times, the Republican-American reports. First Selectman George R. Temple recounted how caring and helpful students were during the tornado and how they rallied to assist for members of the community that needed help, the Rep-Am reports.
