Oxford High Student Charged with Threatening: Report

OXFORD, CT — Kevin Francis Miller, 18, of Highland Road in Oxford was arrested earlier this month and is charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly orderly conduct after the Oxford High School student threatened to harm a staff member, the Republican-American reports.
School officials notified parents about the incident and no weapons were found on the school grounds and the school day was not disrupted, the Rep-Am reports.
