OXFORD, CT — A leased industrial property in Oxford recently sold for $2,675,500, according to Godin Property Brokers LLC.
The property, at 2 Morse Road in the Oxford Industrial Park, includes a 33,000-square-foot office and industrial flex building on 3.96 acres, according to the brokerage.
Ed Godin, of Godin Property Brokers, represented the seller, Pires Limited Partnership, in the sale. The buyer was described by the brokerage as a local investment group.

The building is leased to Morse Watchmans Inc., a company that provides key control and asset management systems. Morse Watchmans lists its U.S. office at 2 Morse Road in Oxford.
Marketing materials for the property described it as a leased investment property with a net operating income of $288,000 and an asking price of $2.895 million before the sale.
