Oxford Man Charged With 11 Counts Of Harassment: Report
The harassment occurred between the months of January and April of this year, according to a report.
SOUTHBURY, CT — Gary D. James, 49, of Evergreen Lane in Oxford has been charged on a warrant with 11 counts of second-degree harassment and the instances occurred between January and April, the Republican-American reports.
