Oxford Man Charged With DUI After Sleeping in Southbury Resident's Driveway
The man told Southbury police that he thought he was in Woodbury. The Southbury resident reported the strange occurrence to police.
Brian Kenny, 25, of 21 Loughlin Road in Oxford, has been charged with DUI after he was allegedly found asleep in his vehicle in a Southbury resident’s driveway on Saturday, the Republican-American reports.
He was found in the driveway of a house on Amos White Road. Police found Kenny in the driveway near the garage and he was asleep, the Rep-Am reports.
The man told police he thought he was in Woobdury. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
