Oxford Man Charged with Larceny: Report
Oxford police investigated the case and announced an arrest this week.
Michael L. Martino, 51, of Old Farm Road in Oxford, is accused of allegedly trying to make “several fraudulent product returns” to Oxford Lumber and Building Materials at 113 Oxford Road and is charged with third-degree larceny, the Republican-American reports.
