Oxford Man Fell Asleep at the Wheel Before Accident: Report
The accident occurred Monday afternoon.
Oxford, CT - Carlos A. Salgado, 49, of 7 Lake Drive apparently fell asleep at the wheel on Chestnut Tree Hill Road, which led to his car going down an embankment just before 5 p.m. Monday, the Republican-American reports.
He was issued a warning and was not injured in the accident.
