Oxford Men Charged After Snow Removal Leads to Accident: Report

Police say one of the men, who was hired for snow removal, pushed snow into the road which led to an accident.

OXFORD, CT — Donald Patrick Mastersanti, 54, and Joseph Mastersanti, 26, of Walter Lane, were charged Friday with interfering with an officer after Joseph Mastersanti allegedly plowed snow from a private driveway and pushed it into Jacks Hill Road, which led to an accident, the Republican-American reports.

Joseph Mastersanti was hired to perform the snow removal and was putting it into the roadway, which violates state law, the Rep-Am reports. A driver came by and hit the snow causing damage to his vehicle, according to the Rep-Am.
