Oxford Middle School Project On Schedule
The building will serve as a middle school and will get partial reimbursement from the state.
OXFORD, CT — Construction work at the Great Oak Road middle school is so far on time and under budget.
The $44.9 million project is expected to get 30 percent reimbursement from the state, according to the Republican-American. There is a little more than a year left to finish the project.
Oxford Center School will go back to its roots as an elementary school when the middle school is completed. It will serve third through fifth grades while kindergarteners, first and second graders will go to Quaker Farms School.
