Oxford Non-Union Employees Receive 2.5 Percent Pay Increase

The Oxford Board of Selectmen voted to approve 2.5 percent pay raises for all non-union employees.

The raises are retroactive to July 1 and go into effect immediately, officials said.

Selectman Dave McKane recused himself from the vote because his wife is a non-union employee.

The 2.5 percent pay increase mirrors the same percentage that union employees received.
