Oxford Once Again Considering Full-Day Kindergarten Programs
The plan for the full-day program would need to be in place before the new fiscal year starts.

According to the paper, a full-day kindergarten committee comprising of board members will work alongside superintendent Ana Ortiz and other officials to get things in place when the time comes to plan the 2015-16 budget.
