Oxford Police Probe Overnight Car Break-Ins
Images of the suspects have been released, and investigators are seeking tips on their identities.
OXFORD, CT — Thieves were breaking into local vehicles overnight to swipe valuables, according to police.
Police said on Facebook Thursday they received reports of two males who were checking unlocked vehicles in the Silano Drive and Belinski Circle areas. The suspects were riding a moped, according to police.
Police did not release details about any valuables taken.

Anyone with information, surveillance footage, or who witnessed suspicious activity is asked to contact the Oxford Police Department at 203-888-4353.
Thieves have been targeting multiple towns in the area, according to police. Last week, Seymour police posted on Facebook that vehicle burglaries and thefts have increased across the Valley.
