Oxford Power Plant Informational Hearing Scheduled for Sept. 17
Those who attend can make public comments about the project.

Below is the official legal notice concerning the public hearing concerning the planned Oxford Power Plant, which is also known as CPV Towantic, LLC.
The issue has been hotly debated and last week Oxford residents said no to a proposed tax agreement, as many residents don’t want the project in town despite the increased tax revenue it could generate for the town.
