OXFORD, CT — Oxford resident state trooper Sgt. Daniel Semosky was transferred after more than a decade at his post after a longtime officer filed a complaint with the state Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

First Selectman George Temple said it's normal procedure for State Police to make a transfer while a complaint is investigated, according to the Republican-American.

Semosky oversaw 12 officers and another state trooper. The complaint alleged that Semosky created a hostile work environment.
