Oxford Teachers Felt It Was Like A 'Slap In The Face'
An Oxford school teacher addressed the Board of Education at a meeting this week.

OXFORD, CT — Quaker Farms School Teacher Lisa Teodosio told the Board of Education this week that it was a "slap in the face" to all teachers that they were forced to stay in school all day on Sept. 6 when the heat index was nearly 100 degrees, the Republican-American reports.
Students were dismissed early but teachers were required to stay for the full day.
