Oxford Weekend Weather: Hour-by-Hour Forecast to 71 Degrees

For the second straight weekend, we're looking at great weather.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Saturday’s weather forecast is a perfect 10 for a spring day.

We might reach 70 degrees and there will be nothing but sunny skies. It may be a tad bit windy with winds between 15-20 mph but we’ll more be happy to take that after the winter we’ve endured.

Officially, the National Weather Service says the high temp for Oxford will be 73 Saturday afternoon, while the Weather Channel says it will be 71.

Before we get to the weekend, we’ll have to deal with some showers on Friday.

Sunday is forecast to also be sunny but a bit chillier with high temps in the upper 50s.

But just in time for the return to work, it’s scheduled to rain both Monday and Tuesday.

Friday, Showers likely, mainly between 8am and 2pm. Cloudy, with a high near 62. West wind 7 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Friday Night, Mostly clear, with a low around 45. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Saturday, Sunny, with a high near 71. Breezy, with a northwest wind 6 to 11 mph increasing to 18 to 23 mph in the afternoon.
