Oxford Woman Took Motor Vehicle Without Permission in Naugatuck: Police

Police said they responded to a stolen motor vehicle report.

NAUGATUCK, CT — An Oxford woman is accused of taking a motor vehicle without the owner's permission in Naugatuck, police said.

Police said at 10 a.m. on Nov. 28 officers responded to 53 Conrad Street for a stolen motor vehicle report.

Stacy Francouer, 44, of Chestnut Tree Hill in Oxford, who is an acquaintance of the victim, allegedly took his vehicle without permission, police said.

Francouer is charged with use of motor vehicle without permission and was released on a $500 bond.
