Plan for Affordable Housing to Go Back to Oxford Commission
The mixed-income housing district could see more than 100 new homes.

A developer, who could bring more affordable housing to Oxford, has won an appeal of a Planning and Zoning Commission’s denial.
The Republican-American wrote that Superior Court Judge Stephen F. Frazzini of the Hartford Judicial District issued a decision that ordered the commission to hold a new hearing on a proposal by Stamford-based Garden Homes Management Corp.
