Karl Maseizik, 47, of 63 O’Neill Road in Oxford, was charged with driving under the influence and operating under a suspended license Monday night in Southbury, according to a news release on file at state police barracks Troop A in Southbury.
At approximately 10:50 p.m., police observed Maseizik driving his vehicle erratically near a construction site on Route 6, the report states. Police stated they later discovered he was driving under the influence of alcohol and did not have a license, the report states.
Maseizik was released on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned in Waterbury Superior Court on Sept. 21.
