Police Blotter: Man Charged With Assault

Police arrested a man for assault after being called for a domestic dispute at 337 Chestnut Tree Hill Road Tuesday night, according to a news release.

Officers were called to the home for a physical altercation between residents at 10:17 p.m., the release states. Police state Kenneth Fay, 24, struck Kariann Fay, 22, dealing her minor injuries.

Fay was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.  He was released on a $500 bond.

Police arrested a 15-year-old girl after domestic dispute Tuesday.

The teen, whose name was not released because of her age, was arrested after a physical altercation with a family member at 25 Hogs Back Road around 9 a.m., police stated in a news release. She was charged with  breach of peace.
