Jon Chrzanowski, 41, of 14 Gardeners Lane, Ansonia, turned himself in to on Saturday to State Police Barracks Troop A in Southbury where he was charged with the Class B misdemeanor, which is the charge for issuing a bad check between $251 and $500, according to a police report.
The original complaint was taken by Oxford Officer Lou Denaro on Jan. 28.
