Residential Burglary Reported in Oxford, Police Searching for Suspect
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
Oxford, CT - The Oxford Resident Trooper’s Office and Oxford Police are investigating a residential burglary reported on Jacks Hill Road.
Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
On June 24 at 2:35 p.m. Oxford Police responded to a residential burglary. Upon arrival officers spoke with the victim who stated that on June 24 possibly between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., someone entered the residence, State Police said.

The victim reported that an undisclosed amount of money was stolen from the residence, State Police said.
Video surveillance footage revealed the suspect as a light-skinned, possibly white male wearing a light color shirt and dark pants with a large 35mm-type camera around his neck, according to the news release.
