The coach was arrested after an incident at the district's central offices last year and new details have come to light about the incident.

OXFORD, CT — Oxford High School football coach Joseph Stochmal is currently suspended and in the midst of an arbitration hearing but his supporters aren't giving up.
Back in December 2016 Stochmal was charged with breach of peace after visiting the school district's central offices, the Republican-American reports. Now more details have been shed on the incident as Stochmal believed his brother, who also worked in the district, had been fired one day earlier though he actually resigned, the Rep-Am reports.

During the visit to central offices Stochmal was allegedly yelling, gesturing and cursing, and school officials called 911, the Rep-Am reports. School employees testified during the termination hearing that the coach had always been a "great coach" and never had any issues prior to the December incident. Stochmal has coached the squad the past nine years. The arbitration hearing is ongoing.
