Teen Charged With Drug Possession and Intent to Sell
Southbury teenager was pulled over on Route 67 in Oxford on Saturday night and found in possession of marijuana.

A Southbury teen was arrested for possession with intent to sell marijuana in Oxford after the car he was driving was pulled over by police on Saturday, according to a police report on file at the Oxford Resident Trooper’s Office.
Trevor Flemming, 18, of 680 Fish Rock Road, was pulled over on Route 67, or Oxford Road, by Officer Gary Soules at 8:13 p.m., the report states. Soules said he found Flemming in possession of marijuana and a device used for smoking marijuana, the report states.
Flemming was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession and intent to sell a controlled substance. He was also given a citation for insufficient insurance.

He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to be arraigned at Derby Superior Court on March 7.
