UPDATE: Victims Identified in Oxford Airport Explosion
On Sunday morning two workers were injured in an explosion at the airport. One worker is in critical condition.
On Sunday two male workers were burned and taken to the hospital after a fuel tanker exploded at Waterbury-Oxford Airport Sunday morning, the CT Post reported.
William Riccardi and John Militano were both injured as they were welding at the time of the explosion.
Riccardi and Militano were both taken to Bridgeport Hospital’s Burn Unit and Riccardi is listed in critical condition and Militano is in fair condition, the Republican-American reports.
