The Aldrich In Ridgefield To Debut New Dance Performance

The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield will debut a new dance performance commissioned by the museum this month.​

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield will debut a new dance performance commissioned by the museum this month.

"Gossip" is a choreographed duet created in response to the current exhibition Loie Hollowell: Space Between, A Survey of Ten Years.

Choreographed and presented by dance artist Alexa West and performed by Owen Prum and Chelsea Enjer Hecht, "Gossip" will occur as a live performance in the museum's first floor on June 22 at 2 p.m. and repeated at 4 p.m. Costumes are by Kate Williams. Music and sound design by Lucy Lie.

This performance is organized by Education Director Namulen Bayarsaihan and Chief Curator Amy Smith-Stewart.
