Make Music Ridgefield returns on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, bringing a full day of free live music to venues and public spaces throughout town. Registration is now open for musicians and venues, and organizers are encouraging participants to sign up before the June 17 deadline.
Momentum is already building for this year’s celebration, with strong interest from performers and community partners. Following the success of last year’s event—which featured more than 100 artists, 17 venues, and 80 performances—Make Music Ridgefield 2026 is expected to deliver an even more vibrant, fun-filled, music-filled day.
Part of the international Make Music Day celebration, Make Music Ridgefield showcases performers of all ages, styles, and experience levels while turning the town into a lively, accessible stage for the community. Venues and musicians must register through the event platform, where performers can request the locations where they would like to play.
Musicians and venues can register at ridgefield.makemusicday.org. Questions may be directed to ridgefield@makemusicday.org.
“Make Music Ridgefield is all about community, creativity, and the joy of live music,” said Jennifer Dineen, Chairperson of Make Music Ridgefield. “We’re excited by the enthusiasm already building and look forward to filling Ridgefield with music on June 21.”
Funding has been provided by the Connecticut State Legislature and is administered by the Department of Economic and Community Development.
