RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Inland Wetlands Board is scheduled to receive a new application for a septic system installation at 340 Barrack Hill Road and discuss several enforcement and legal matters during its July 9 meeting.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and will be conducted remotely via Zoom. Residents may participate by registering in advance through the webinar link posted with the meeting agenda on the town's website.
The board is expected to receive a summary ruling application for the installation of a septic system within the upland review area of wetlands and watercourses at 340 Barrack Hill Road. The property is owned by Reina Guzman-Soni, and the application was submitted by York Mueller. Commissioners are expected to schedule a site walk and discuss the proposal.

Board members will also receive an update on an ongoing wetlands enforcement matter involving 225 Bennetts Farm Road.
Under other business, the board is scheduled to discuss potential revisions to the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations, review the court decision in Veton Alimi v. Inland Wetlands Board concerning 27 Abbott Ave., and receive an update on wetlands violation remediation plantings at 25 Seymour Lane.
Commissioners are also expected to consider approval of the June 11 meeting minutes before entering executive session to discuss the court decision in Moreton Binn v. Inland Wetlands Board concerning 599 Branchville Road.
