RIDGEFIELD, CT — Two companies that list their line of work as research and development in the physical, engineering and life sciences were among 28 businesses with Ridgefield addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Genomic Heritage LLC on Prospect Ridge and HIGASYN LLC on Harvey Road both filed under the research category. Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.
Ridgefield's new businesses spread across 24 categories, with no single type accounting for more than two filings. Four were health and wellness businesses, including Clarity Vestibular Therapy on Bayberry Hill Road, Bellusci Energy Healing on Indian Cave Road and Double A Nutrition on Great Hill Road. Two beverage retailers registered, JH-1 Beverages on Branchville Road and JHN Beverages on Governor Street. Other newcomers include Deep Sea Dough Co., a baked goods retailer on Bennetts Farm Road; With Love L, a caterer on North Salem Road; and The Modern Mulligan, a sporting goods retailer on Oneill Court.
The full list of businesses, their street addresses and their registered business types appears in the table below. It includes only businesses formed in Connecticut whose registrations were not rejected by the state.
