Parents in Ridgefield can mark the first day of school coming later this summer.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — The summer is beginning to come to a close, family vacation time is winding down or a fond memory, and parents are stocking up on #2 pencils and pink erasers. It's back-to-school time in Ridgefield, and nobody can believe (nobody can ever believe) that it starts as early as it does.
The first day back for public school students K-9 in Ridgefield is Aug. 29. Students in grades 10-12 return Aug. 30.
