Bywater Call And Radio Free Honduras To Headline CHIRP Concerts In Ridgefield
CHIRP continues this week in Ridgefield with Bywater Call and Radio Free Honduras.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Canadian roots-rock band Bywater Call and Latin Americana group Radio Free Honduras are scheduled to perform this week during the CHIRP summer concert series in Ridgefield.
Bywater Call will perform Tuesday, June 30, at 7 p.m. in Ballard Park. Organizers described the seven-piece Toronto-based group as a Southern soul and roots-rock band known for live performances featuring “powerful vocals and exciting interplay between all band members.”
Radio Free Honduras is scheduled to perform Thursday, July 2, at 7 p.m. The band formed in 2013 to celebrate the music of Honduran artist Charlie Baran and performs original music in a style the group calls “Latin Americana.”
CHIRP, or Concert Happenings in Ridgefield’s Parks, is celebrating its 25th anniversary season in 2026. Organizers said the series is funded through donations and support from local businesses and foundations.
