Case of Ridgefield Man and Arsenal Continued to September

State police removed an explosive device as well as 16 assault weapons, 76 unregistered high-capacity magazines and six silencers.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The case of the Ridgefield man who police say had a veritable arsenal in his home has been continued to next month.

State police removed an explosive device as well as 16 assault weapons, 76 unregistered high-capacity magazines and six silencers from the Tackora Trail residence of Mark Albin, 50, in March.

Albin was charged with 76 counts of possession of an unregistered high-capacity ammunition magazine, 16 counts of possession of an assault weapon, six counts of possession of a silencer and one count of manufacturing a bomb.
