CLINTON, CT — Clinton has two open houses this weekend, both Sunday morning: a Cape remodeled top to bottom on Glenwood Road and an expanded home in Country Club Estates, where the Indian River meets Long Island Sound.

Two Clinton homes are holding open houses Sunday, Oct. 11, priced at $510,000 and $895,000, according to Zillow.com.

177 Glenwood Road, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $510,000. New to the market Oct. 9, this 1987 Cape was completely remodeled. It has hardwood floors, an oversized living room with a fireplace and a renovated eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless appliances that opens to the deck. Both full baths are renovated. It's a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,382 square feet on 0.69 acres.

24 Indian Drive, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $895,000. In Country Club Estates, where the Indian River meets Long Island Sound, this 1968 home got a large addition in 2020 with a primary suite and media rooms. The same round of work brought remodeled baths, a new roof, a whole-house generator, new siding and heating and cooling systems, a patio and a porch. It's a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with 3,032 square feet. Its price was cut by $55,000 on Oct. 7.
