Coldwell Banker Announces New Ridgefield Office VP

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage: Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut, a leading residential real estate firm, is pleased to announce it has named Joseph “Joe” Porricelli to vice president and branch manager of the company’s Ridgefield sales office.

With over 28 years of achievement spanning operations, business development, and organizational management, Porricelli is an innovative strategist who has successfully studied market and consumer trends, defined business opportunities, and driven growth in revenue and customer base.

Porricelli transitioned to real estate in 2013 beginning his real estate career with the Coldwell Banker Greenwich Global Luxury® sales office where he consistently ranked year-over-year in the top 17 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally for his sales productivity. He is licensed to sell real estate in both Connecticut and New York.

He is a committee member of the Jerry Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament Benefiting Abilis, board member to the Connecticut Revolution Baseball Organization, a board member to the Monroe American Legion, member to the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and is a volunteer baseball coach with the Monroe Little League. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Iona College.
