Commission OKs Splitting Inland Wetlands Board from P&Z
The vote was a narrow 5-4.
RIDGEFIELD, CT --- The Charter Revision Commission voted to split the the Inland Wetlands Board off from the Planning and Zoning Commission on a 5-to-4 vote Saturday, April 21.
The Charter Revision Commission first received a recommendation from the Ridgefield Conservation Commission on February 6 to separate the two boards.
The Charter Revision Commission must now determine whether the newly separated Inland Wetlands Board should be appointed or elected.
