Ancona Cousins Raise Glasses & Awareness for ROAR

Every dog has its day, but Joe and Mitch Ancona are making sure they get their night, too.

On Thursday, February 25, from 6 to 9 p.m., the Anconas will be the top dogs tending bar at Toscana Restaurant in Ridgefield.

Joe Ancona of Ancona's Market and Mitch Ancona of Ancona's Wines & Liquors will be shaking and stirring up cocktails, wine and beer in support of Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue (ROAR).  All gratuities earned by them will benefit ROAR.  Toscana will also donate 10% of the total bar bill that evening.  

The event is open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to challenge Ridgefield's own "green grocer" and wine and beer expert with an interesting request.
