The Cutting Board Café is the perfect complement to Elza's down-to-earth style. Like the Cutting Board, Elza's music is fresh and alluring, her voice, a disarming combination of strength and vulnerability, has elicited comparisons to Joni Mitchell and Bonnie Raitt. " . . . A voice that is unmistakable." — The Acoustic Radio Sampler.
