For more than 50 years, Judy Collins has been lighting up the world with her singing, songwriting and social activism. On Tuesday, Oct. 9, she'll light up Founders Hall at its tenth anniversary party, sponsored by Fairfield County Bank and Union Savings Bank. Reknowned as a singer for her renditions of Both Sides Now, Amazing Grace and Send in the Clowns, Ms. Collins is also an accomplished author, painter, filmmaker, record lable head, muscial mentor, UNICEF representative, and speaker for mental health and suicide prevention.
