"Prufrock's World" at the Schlumberger Theatre

Prufrock's World is a fundraising event hosted by the Chekhov international Theatre Festival in Ridgefield on Thursday, June 28 at 7:30 PM at the newly renovated and stunning Schlumberger Theatre now owned by the town of Ridgefield. The one-man performance, created and performed by the acclaimed actor John Rainer, brings to life the imagined rooms, streets and public parks of (T.S. Elliot’s) J. Alfred Prufrock’s World in which he shares past memories and reflections on a journey between a real and imagined inner and outer life.

Also featured on this gala occasion: an exhibition of artworks by Ridgefield resident and international artist Suzanne Benton on the beautiful walls of this gorgeous building and leading up to the magnificent 220 seat theatre now one of the treasures of the town of Ridgefield, CT.

Wine and cheese will be served after the performance.
