The Ridgefield School of Dance will present selections from Romeo & Juliet, Les Sylphides and Act III of the Sleeping Beauty Ballet on June 9 at East Ridge Middle School. Included in the performance will be three guest artists who will partner opposite dancers Julia Galanski, Claire Cordano, and Delaney Conlan of Ridgefield and Sarah Miller from South Salem. The Sleeping Beauty Ballet includes many of the fairy tale characters loved by children as well as adults including Little Red Riding Hood, the Wolf and Puss 'n Boots. The entire Ballet division of The Ridgefield School of Dance will participate from the youngest ballerinas to those who have been dancing for years. Following the Ballets, the "Mixed Bag" presentation from the Jazz and Modern departments will be presented with a blend of styles choreographed by the four Jazz & Modern instructors.
