EXPECT DELAYS: Part of Route 7 in Ridgefield Blocked
A tree is blocking the roadway in both directions.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Police in Ridgefield are reporting that Route 7 is currently closed between Florida Hill Road and Route 102 due to a snapped utility pole. Eversource has been notified. They are warning motorists to expect heavy traffic delays in the area.
The fallen tree was reported just before 8 a.m.
