Extreme Draw On! Earth Day, More at The Aldrich
Ridgefield art museum's "extreme" drawing workshops and exhibits.
The Aldrich in Ridgefield’s Extreme Draw On!, featuring a special tribute to late Ridgefield resident and iconic children's author and illustrator Maurice Sendak continues this week with afternoon art classes, a family-oriented workshop and Extreme Draw On! Earth Day 2013.
According to The Aldrich, “Extreme Draw On! is a semester-long series of exhibitions and related programming that explores the boundaries of drawing, the most direct and universal means of expression, by addressing an array of issues, including scale, material, content, gesture, psychological complexity, and individual circumstance.”
