Fall in love with Ridgefield this weekend if you haven’t already. The annual fall festival kicked off Oct. 16 and continues into the weekend (Oct. 17-18):

Here’s your guide to Saturday’s events:

  • Nature Inspired Family Day at Aldrich Museum: 10 a.m.-noon (Recommended for ages 2 to 5), 1-3 p.m. (Recommended for ages 6-10)
  • Chili Contest at Keller Williams: 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Children’s Pumpkin Painting near the Toy Chest: Noon-2 p.m.
  • Children’s Book Sale at Ridgefield Library: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Balloon Artist in Downtown Ridgefield: Noon-4 p.m.
  • “Little Black Dress” featuring Annie Kelly & Billy Michael in front of Town Hall: Noon-5 p.m.
  • Bracelet Making Workshop at ​Sphere, 421 Main Street behind Planet Pizza: 1-4 p.m.
  • Free Needle-Felting Workshop: Noon-2 p.m. at ​nancy O.
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act 25th Anniversary Proclamation presentation in front of Town Hall
  • Pumpktober Festival at Lounsbury House: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
  • All Day-Tea and jam samplings at Elizabella’s Bake Shop, 65th Anniversary Celebration at Craig’s Fine Jewelry, Scarf Barn at nancy O
