Final Day Of Ridgefield School Moved Back
Students will be getting out of school for the summer nearly a week after summer starts.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Ridgefield school students will have their last day of school June 27 after a large number of snow days this school year.
Ridgefield schools have been closed five days in less than two weeks and a surprise storm in late October closed school for two days. There were also a couple of single-day snow closings.
Only two makeup days remain before spring recess in April would be targeted for reduction, according to the Ridgefield Press.
