Go-Ahead Given to Excavate Former Neligan Estate
The property has been designated the site for a six-bedroom home.
RIDGEFIELD, CT --- A plan to excavate and grade part of the estate at 153 West Mountain Road has been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The property was owned for several decades by Dr. Patrick and Vera Neligan.
The property has been designated the site for a six-bedroom home, which will require the removal of some 2,000 cubic yards of material. The plan is contingent upon engineering approval.
