Developed in 1998 in London, Chakradance is a free-form dance that balances our chakras, our energy pathways. It connects us with our spirit. It brings us joy and peace of mind. It centers us. Each class includes a dance meditation, chakra education, healing music, mandala art creation, and candlelight. Chakradance is a powerful healing modality that makes you feel invigorated, dynamic, creative, powerful, refreshed, and renewed.

Halotherapy is the healing process of using Himalayan salt for a variety of health issues from respiratory illnesses to skin conditions to improving the immune system. Simply breathing in the air in a salt cave is tremendously healing for the body. It reduces chronic stress and fatigue by exposure to negative ions and it is completely safe for all ages. On Wednesday, December 16 from 7 to 8:30 PM, Ms. Rich will teach a special Chakradance workshop: Introduction to Chakradance: A Seated Dance Meditation at Saltana Cave, at 590 Danbury Road in Ridgefield, CT. $80 This unique Chakradance class is a seated meditation. Participants will sit in zero gravity chairs. This workshop is suitable for adults of all ages and previous dance experience is not necessary. This will be an extremely powerful event.
