A foragers wreath is a symbol of the abundance that can be found all around us in nature, in a circle of renewal and growth; its beauty comes from looking beyond the ordinary and seeing the extraordinary. Foragers capture moments of searching and discovery, and the circular wreath is a symbol of that enduring power. The little surprises that can be found on a meander through the fields this time of year amaze us, and we want to share this beauty with you.
Make something magical for your Thanksgiving door or table. Hickories' forager and floral designer, Laura Mulligan, will guide us through making "a forager's wreath" this Sunday, November 20th, 3:00-5:00pm. All are welcome to attend, no experience necessary, but space is limited.
We will gather in the Main Barn at 3:00pm to construct wreaths to take home for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
